Tia Starr
Tia Starr – International Talk-Show Host, Producer, Songwriter, Author, Motivational Speaker and Life Coach. Creator of the Tia Starr Show, The Tia Starr Foundation, The Starr Network Media Group, and WTIA Radio.
Tia Starr known to fans as Tia Starr and to close friends and family members as just Tia because of her caring wisdom and advice she gives like your favorite Aunt (Tia in spanish means Aunt) has held many titles in her 25 year career in the entertainment and business industry.
Tia Starr started writing poetry from as early as the age of 12, gaining national recognition for a short poem titled, The Day I Died written in honor of her late Grandfather. To spinning records, performing as a hip hop artist and writing her own songs by the age 13 and becoming an entrepreneur by the age of 14. Tia Starrs creative passion, hard work and dedication never cease to amaze people.

Her experience and wisdom has led to such titles as: entrepreneur, talk-show host, songwriter, musician, dee-jay, hip hop-artist and lyricist, promoter, poet, writer, sound and visual engineer, editor, producer, director, filmmaker, graphic-artist, animator, web-master, programer and designer, Founder of two Non-Profit Organizations and CEO of her up and coming media company are just to name a few.
However, her most fulfilling title is mom to three beautiful children and grandma to her new granddaughter. She often credits them as her biggest inspiration and supporters of her biggest passion, giving back through the sharing of knowledge, wisdom and spirituality.
Tia Starr’s passion and commitment to giving back currently seats her on three Non-Profit Boards and Chair of her own Private Non-Profit Foundation. She also extends numerous hours of community service to many volunteer activities and events. Her time and dedication is remarkable and would leave the average onlooker in wonder how she manages such a busy schedule.
Tia Starr, however would never tell you herself about the amount of commitment she extends unless you ask her directly. Tia Starr’s humbling and down to earth personality would never allow her to selfishly promote her positions and under most occasions she will admirably redirect the conversation to find out what your needs are instead of her own.
There is definitely something to be said about humility becoming our best keeper of balance with
Tia Starr.
Other awards and credits to Tia Starr’s passion to give back, include being awarded for her active volunteerism service in the community by former President George W. Bush and her Lifetime Adversity Achievement Award by former Mayor of Cleveland, Jane L. Campbell.
