UNHCR: Civilians being prevented from fleeing Libya

  UNHCR worried that civilians being prevented from fleeing Libya, significant progress in evacuation of Egyptians from Tunisia     The number of civilians fleeing the violence in Libya to Tunisia has dropped significantly since Wednesday afternoon.
