Aikido, Morihei Ueshiba – ‘ The art of peace’

Aikido Aikido, created by the Japanese master Morihei Ueshiba (1883-1969), the word means "The art (or way) of peace." Aikido (合気道 Aikidō?) is a Japanese martial art developed by Morihei Ueshiba as a synthesis of his martial studies, philosophy, and religious beliefs.
