Self Care~Breathing – Women in RECOVERY

SELF CARE ~~ BREATHING

By removing unhealthy psychic toxins, this allows you to receive Intuitive Insights.

…..when you are overwhelmed, take shallow breaths…..

This is an important aspect of Connecting with a Higher Power.

It is during those times when deep breathing exercises can help you re-focus, breathe peace into the situation, and release old patterns or negative energy that no longer serve your purpose.

If you feel tense, go outdoors for some fresh air, and ask your Higher Power to help center your breath and oxygenate your Mind, Body, Heart, and Soul.

  1. They say that some exercise regime and diet tips don’t work due to improper breathing. Breathing exercise can be relaxing.

  2. Hi,

Thank you for such a great blog! Yes, it’s just so important to focus on breathing (right). Together with paying attention to our breathing, I suggest reading Louise Hay’s You Can Heal Your Life and Your Body Speaks Your Mind by Debbie Shapiro – a healing power cocktail combination for the soul! It has worked wonders for me.

And knowing there is not a real shortcut to self-care, fortunately, when we look inside for that inner wellness, and focus on our breathing, we’ll make quantum leaps, day by day, and the process will feel more rewarding.

I’ve written a blog post on the subject: http://wellness-junkie.blogspot.com/2010/08/working-with-your-mind-2-shortcut-books.html

    You take care!

    Best,
    Anne
