A Celebration of Women celebrates this awesome Toronto Event....              The Older Women's Network (OWN)     The Older Women's Network (OWN) based in Toronto will host a screening of the film "Constitute" about a women's conference in 1981 which aimed to ensure that women's rights were entrenched in the Charter of Rights and Freedoms.
