A Celebration of Women celebrates this awesome Toronto Event….
The Older Women’s Network (OWN)
The Older Women’s Network (OWN) based in Toronto will host a screening of the film “Constitute”
about a women’s conference in 1981 which aimed to ensure that women’s rights were entrenched in the Charter of Rights and Freedoms.
The screening will be followed by a panel discussion and refreshments, and is open to the public.
The event is scheduled for April 17, 2011
from 2-4pm
OWN Housing Co-op at 115 The Esplanade, Toronto.
