While on earth “was Jesus rich or poor?”.
This debate is going in the christian world for decades and all I thought was “this information has nothing to do with my spiritual life, so why bother?”
Being a Christian, I suffered in almost all areas of my life including finances and I always questioned ‘why God this to me?’
But when I went through this book link accidentally, a quote in the description which said “When people say Jesus was poor, they are SINNING, because they are LYING. And this is the sin the devil uses to destroy their lives (including finances) –which they are not even aware of”, blew my mind.
I felt in the spirit that “God wants my life to be changed and this is the truth for it”.
I read it, grasped the truth, started sharing with others and immediately after that… my life started changing.
In just 25 days, I was free from all my financial debts and I’m able to support others too. Also, I’m free from a disease which tortured me for 9 years.
Praise God!
Finally “THE TRUTH HAS SET ME FREE”.
I recommend this book; Jesus was not poor: A proof based on 25 Biblical Evidences, especially for each and every women in our world, so that they can be free from financial bondage and CAN BE — USEFUL FOR OTHERS TOO. KINDLE EDITION
‘DECEPTION, followed by SIN’ is the mighty weapon the devil uses to destroy mankind.
In the beginning, he used this weapon to destroy Adam and eve. And till now, he is using the same weapon to destroy the lives of many –which they are not even aware of.
When it comes to Jesus’s wealth, many claim ‘He was poor’ by quoting some misunderstood scriptures.
They also think “Knowing weather Jesus was poor or rich is just a ‘knowledge part’ and has nothing to do with the ‘spiritual part’ ”.
But they forgot to realize “this knowledge part is the one which keeps the spiritual part perfect, thereby shutting the door for the devil”.
Yes! When people say Jesus was poor, they are SINNING, because they are LYING. And this is the sin the devil uses to destroy their lives (including finances) –which they are not even aware of.
This book, which contains 25 Evidences (10 cleared misconceptions and 15 additional truths) from the Bible, clears all doubts about the wealth of Jesus and gives an IRON-CLAD proof that “While on earth Jesus was not poor”.
In addition to this, this book also clears the commonly misunderstood scriptures about wealth, proves ‘prosperity is God’s will’ and adds the purpose of prosperity.
Sure enough, this is an eye-opener for each and every believer, so that they can come out of wrong beliefs, BE BLESSED, and BECOME A BLESSING for others too.
Here’s an interesting hypothesis I have never really considered before — perhaps Jesus was well-to-do.
From CNN:
(CNN) — Each Christmas, Christians tell stories about the poor baby Jesus born in a lowly manger because there was no room in the inn.
But the Rev. C. Thomas Anderson, senior pastor of the Living Word Bible Church in Mesa, Arizona, preaches a version of the Christmas story that says baby Jesus wasn’t so poor after all.
Anderson says Jesus couldn’t have been poor because he received lucrative gifts — gold, frankincense and myrrh — at birth. Jesus had to be wealthy because the Roman soldiers who crucified him gambled for his expensive undergarments. Even Jesus’ parents, Mary and Joseph, lived and traveled in style, he says.
“Mary and Joseph took a Cadillac to get to Bethlehem because the finest transportation of their day was a donkey,” says Anderson. “Poor people ate their donkey. Only the wealthy used it as transportation.”
This argument seems to be trying to position Jesus more as a real person who worried about money and getting by, and perhaps when he wanted to buy something he used the “there will always be poor” rationalization.
It’s a subtle point with potentially big implications. What were the gradations of poverty back in the time of Christ, and where did he and his family stand in comparison?
