As many of you know, our organization has been rapidly expanding since its inception only a year and a half ago. The overwhelming – and increasing – demand for our programs has catapulted us from only two staff members in June of 2009 to over 40 today! In the midst of this rapid evolution, we’re constantly looking for talented, passionate and committed people to join our extraordinary team. Until now, we’ve done most of our hiring through word-of-mouth referrals and local advertising, but we recently realized that we’ve been failing to reach out to the best human network we have – you, our Feminine Power community! So, we’re writing today to let you know that, if you are interested in exploring the possibility of being part of this evolutionary adventure, we’d love to hear from you. Our work environment is partially virtual, so telecommuting is possible for certain positions; however, others involve working directly with us in the San Francisco Bay area. Here are the positions we’re looking to fill at this time (click on the link below to see the complete job descriptions): On-Line Marketing Brand Managers (2) for Feminine Power and Calling in “The One”: These exciting positions will be responsible for developing and implementing exceptional and authentic marketing and promotion campaigns for our Calling in “The One” and Feminine Power programs. Direct Response Copywriter: This position is an exciting opportunity for a skilled Copywriter to have their finger on the pulse of the company as they craft and develop clear and compelling marketing copy for each one of our existing and emerging programs. Director of Student Services: We’re looking for an outstanding customer/student service professional to lead the team that provides care and support for students in our courses. Student Services Associates: We’re looking for a few individuals to provide support to students taking our courses. Most positions are part-time with variable hours. These positions require the ability to work with students skillfully and with care and relatedness in order to provide an outstanding student experience. Web Programmer: We’re looking for a dynamic, seasoned web developer to create and maintain our company’s web sites. Help us take our Internet presence to the next level! Project Manager: This is a great opportunity for an experienced and highly competent Project Manager to provide leadership and support to the various project teams that implement our telecourses, digital audios, and other programs. Educational Event Producer: This is an exiting opportunity to be one of the professionals responsible for the production and implementation of telecourses and digital audio products for our growing list of luminary teachers – including some very famous names! Communications Director: This key position will be responsible for developing and coordinating the company-wide communications plan which will include our website content, the communication cycle with our students, social networking sites and email communication across all of our brands. Social Networks Marketing Manager: This exciting new position is responsible for developing social media and network marketing campaigns using Facebook, Twitter, MySpace, YouTube, LinkedIn and other sites to build awareness of our course offerings. If you are a highly creative expert in social media and enjoy developing new programs and launching new products that go viral on the web, we want to hear from you!
