INAUGURAL Hamilton/ Halton Chapter Meeting:
Wednesday, April 21st, 2010 from 7:00 – 10:00 pm at The Centre for Compassion and Wisdom, 3445 Lakeshore Road, Burlington, Ontario (next to the Holy Cross Lutheran Church, just west of Walker’s Line)
Toronto LOCATION:
380 MacPherson Ave., Toronto, ON M4V 3E3, in the ‘Party Room’ on the main floor. SUBWAY and PARKING convenience! We are ONE block NORTH and one block EAST of the Dupont subway [Yonge-University-Spadina line]. From the subway station, walk north one block and turn RIGHT at MacPherson. You will see the building.
Parking: At the corner of Spadina and MacPherson, you may park in the Toronto Archives parking lot and then walk half a block east to the entrance of 380 MacPherson Ave.
MEETING FORMAT AND TIMES:
7:00 – 7:30 pm: Register, network and socialize.
7:30 – 9:30 pm: WE WOMEN ENTREPRENEURS MEETING
9:30 – 10:00 pm: more one-to-one networking and socializing. BRING your business cards, your flyers, your promotional material to SHARE with other members and guests.
RSVP / REGISTRATION PROCESS:
You need to RSVP / REGISTER before the meeting, as the building requires a list of attendees [for security purposes]. Until the WE website can accept your registration, you need to RSVP to msg@lifemilestones.com to inform WE of your attendance and your guests’ attendance.
FORMAT:
The FIRST 20 members who RSVP their attendance will receive a 1 minute elevator speech time! The FIRST 10 guests and ALL other members will receive a 30 second elevator speech time. ALL attendees are welcome to leave their cards, flyers, etc. on the presentation table.
YOU have the opportunity to tell all other members and guests about your particular business or profession.
COST: Members, only $10.00; Guests, $20.00. To cover the cost of the room rental and refreshments. Any excess funds are donated to Charity.
TEN MINUTE SPOTLIGHTS:
There are two Ten Minute spotlights where YOU have the chance to tell us more about your business or service. This is for MEMBERS only.
MEMBERSHIP:
Full, annual membership: $299 plus tax
1st year of business, Student, Retired: $199 plus tax
Registered Charity, per person: $ 99 plus tax
As a MEMBER, you will receive your membership package, your own listing, photo and link to your home page on the WE WOMEN ENTREPRENEURS website, discounts at WE Partners, reduced rates on all WE meetings and events and so much MORE.
THE FIRST FIFTY [50] WOMEN WHO JOIN WE AS MEMBERS WILL RECEIVE 18 MONTHS’ MEMBERSHIP FOR THE COST OF AN ANNUAL 12 MONTH MEMBERSHIP FEE.
