Latinos make up 16% of the U.S. population, but approximately 20% of new infections. National Latino AIDS Awareness Day ~ Kick-off on Capitol Hill ~   On Tuesday, September 20, I had the opportunity to speak at a briefing on Capitol Hill about National Latino AIDS Awareness Day (NLAAD).
