Gender integration is the process of assessing the implications for women, men and people with diverse gender identities of any planned action—including legislation, policies or programs—in all areas and at all levels.
The ultimate goal is to achieve gender equality.
Women share with men the physical, as well as the spiritual roles of life in the process of human integration. Both men and women give much of their capabilities to the movement of existence, the vitality of love, the creativity of knowledge, and the spirituality of giving.
Morals: Straightness and Deviation
Morality is not just something that people learn, argues Yale psychologist Paul Bloom: It is something we are all born with. At birth, babies are endowed with compassion, with empathy, with the beginnings of a sense of fairness.
Humans have a moral sense because their biological makeup determines the presence of three necessary conditions for ethical behavior:
a] the ability to anticipate the consequences of one’s own actions
b] the ability to make value judgments
c] the ability to choose between alternative courses of action.Gender plays an important role in how individuals experience the world around them. Research suggests that men and women differ in the ways they address moral conflicts and moral actions. The gender roles assigned to men and women in society may play a part in the ways they approach various moral issues.
Talking about women’s morals within the mental & the behavioral spheres is long and divergent. It seems that women are to blame for their moral straightness and deviation through the balance they make in the practical control over the issue of sex and in running their life in general as if they were a devil, a curse, and an object of seduction.
Yet, the balanced view of present and past human deviation affirms that men play the most efficient role in drawing the character of women towards the negative moral side so as to become objects of seduction in men’s world rather than human beings with an identity and various capabilities in a gender neutral world.
Persistent and entrenched gender inequalities have shown that women often experience lower human development outcomes than men. Women’s vulnerability to poor human development is affected by the intersection of their class, gender, and other social status tiers.
Anyhow, it is needless to say that women are not merely an object of sex or a means of procreation and their lives in their different faces should not dominated by sex. Unfortunately, some people view women from this perspective and they deprive them of the right of learning, creation and participation in the process of the evolution of life, as evidence still dictates a man’s world.
The fact that all seem to accept that women are human beings obliges us is to prepare her for the process of positive human evolution. It is equally obliged by all that men’s humanity prepares them for establishing a life rich in physical activity, openness to creation and open for the search of knowledge.
Viewing these matters from a moral perspective, we have to make a thorough study of the cooperation between men and women in founding the baseline for morals at the sexual, spiritual, social, and political levels as both genders share this responsibility, especially in the action and reaction.
Do Men and Women Differ in their Moral Reasoning and Judgments?
According to new research published by the Society for Personality and Social Psychology, this gender difference in moral decisions is caused by stronger emotional aversion to harmful action among women; the study found no evidence for gender differences in the rational evaluation of the outcomes of harmful actions.
Men tend to organize social relationships in a hierarchical order and subscribe to a morality of rights. Females value interpersonal connectedness, care, sensitivity, and responsibility to people.
In this sense, we have to reform both of them, plan for the construction of their mentality which is supposed to be open to ‘balance & integration’ rather than exploitation; and based on the various positive values of each other, eradicating power & control.
By creating the human race in this way, it would seem to be meant for us to lead a life filled with affection and mercy so that the marital experience, as a distinct human relationship, could be the beginning of a great experience of an intimate relationship, based on ‘mutual‘ respect. With these types of energies comingling, a truly spiritual experience is more than possible. Deviating from the right way is to ignore the responsibility of either of gender, cheating both of true awakening.
In the biblical sense, if women were created from the deep self of men, there should be a maintained affection, appreciation, and mercy between them. Women have rights & duties, and if men believe they are to be superior to women, they are so only because of the various man-made organizational roles men tend to play.
Wo/Man is not Supposed to Abuse her/his Right and Role
An ideal marital relationship occurs if both spouses accept each other mentally and emotionally. Mutual respect & understanding help to maintain harmony between their thinking with affection and love allowing their feelings to blend.
As affection has its mental and emotional dimensions, mercy has its intellectual and practical ones. In light of these thoughts, envision a new woman as a female, mother & human – a woman who accepts man’s ability to nurture, reason and creativity in what he excels.
We can also see a new man as a male, father, and human – a man who accepts woman’s equality, creativity and responsibility.
By accepting all as equals, competition will become for the sake of spiritual growth and life force expansion only.
