VERONICA ON FEMININITY, AND BEING YOUR TRUE SELF
 

This is an excerpt from a rather long group session. It was intentionally recorded and is used with permission.

This particular group session is with a group of mostly women (and one man) that are meeting VERONICA and April Crawford for the very first time. It took place in a living room of a home and as everyone became more and more comfortable… the session was casual, lighthearted… and fun. There was much laughter… although some of it was nervous laughter at times.

Note: All sessions with VERONICA are highly individual in nature… so, this is an example… but only one example. Other sessions can be completely different.

Group sessions are by their natures very different than the private one-on-one consultations with VERONICA that most people choose. The presence of other people in the room for group sessions… even though they are friends… usually leads to people being just a little less open than when they talk in private with VERONICA.

However, women in general tend to be more open than men, and this group of women soon relaxed and began to freely talk about what they wanted to with VERONICA. They didn’t know me (Allen) and the other man they came with was part of their metaphysics group. They had known him for a long time…. and they seemed very comfortable with him… even using him as an accepting foil for some of their humor. They were all friends.

Again, this starts about half way into the session…. After the usual introductions and ice breaking types of back and forth… you know… “who are you and what are you VERONICA?” types of introductory questions and answers…..

As I (Allen) often say, the sessions with VERONICA are progressive in nature… not just session to session as everyone gets to know each other… but also within any one session itself. While it seems like VERONICA is just carrying on a conversation, in the background “she” is reading into the energy of the person asking the questions and into the situation that is being discussed.

The following is, I think, a good example of what I mean by this. Certainly, VERONICA knew the end answer of what the first question was. But in this forum, VERONICA chose to allow the person asking the question to pursue it a way that allowed her to come to the conclusion and the answer rather than having VERONICA just tell her. In this manner, the one asking the question “got it” to a far more in-depth degree than if VERONICA had just told her right off the bat.

Now, instead, this woman got it.

By the way, in terms of background my impression of this woman is that she was a professional in business, probably made a very good living in business, in her 30’s, attractive… and wondering “what it’s all about Alfie?”
