A few things to remember for this Sunday;
1) 7:30am training with Marc Gordon
2) 8:30am set up for exhibitors
3) Must be completed by 9:30am
4) Booth must be ready for doors to open at 10am
5) If you have not submitted your names for registration, do it now
6) Don’t forget your change or credit card stuff for purchases
7) Extension cords if needed – if you have an internet stick, bring it just in case of a problem at the hotel (you never know, better to be safe)
8) Tape, scissors, etc.
9) Pick up your name tags at the front and return them at the end of the day
10) Lunch menu’s will be on your table when you arrive – you can pre-order for lunch time – make sure you bring $$$$ for food & drinks (or bring your own) – cash or credit card– there will be a cash bar for exhibitors and guests in the downstairs lobby
11) Please see attached floor plan for your placement at the show
12) Your business name will be on your table so you can find it easily
13) Must stay open at your booths until 4pm – event end time
14) Bring your business cards, prize giveaways, & other information that you want to display or give out
15) Something to collect business cards in
16) Give Randi or Rhonda your prize giveaway when you arrive at the event for training or setup so we can give it to Royal Draw
17) If you have not picked up your tickets OR sent in your guest list, please DO IT NOW so they will be on the list and be able to get in at no charge!
18) DON’T FORGET TO SPREAD THE WORD ABOUT THIS EXCITING EVENT
