- Total Gross Outlays (spent by recipients): $106.5 Billion
- Cumulative Recovery Act Medicaid FMAP State draw downs total about $83.1 billion. They represent the outlaying of increased FMAP obligations made through Dec. 31, 2010, and do not reflect Recovery Act Medicaid FMAP obligations from Jan. 1, 2011, to June 30, 2011, which were extended by the Education, Jobs and Medicaid Assistance Act (PL 111-226).
