Elsa P. – Mercury goes retrograde Friday: ‘Broad Impact And Unintended Consequences‏’

Elsa P. – Mercury goes retrograde Friday

Mercury goes retrograde on Friday so hopefully you’ll have most your holiday shopping in the bag by then. This is especially recommended for the buying of Mercury-ruled things like phones, gadgets and anything that has to be mailed or delivered. This concludes the lightweight portion of this week’s letter.

The week is dominated the Mercury, Mars, Pluto conjunction in Capricorn.

Capricorn is associated with government and structure, Mars with violence, Mercury with cars and Pluto with bombs. When I add this all together, the Oklahoma City bombing comes to mind.

In whatever case there are odds of violent upset this week and hard aspects from Jupiter, Saturn and Uranus are not going to help. Remember things implode with Pluto around. Mercury is involved so information is likely to be potent and potentially damaging and destructive… for good or ill. By that I mean that many feel that some things should come to an end for the good of humanity.

Whatever goes on, it will have broad impact (Jupiter) and unintended consequences (Saturn, Uranus). It’s quite unpredictable due the involvement of Uranus but paranoia won’t help. On the contrary, as I have been saying over and over for these last weeks, as long as we’ve got Jupiter in Pisces in this mix there is a level of protection out there. It may not be foolproof but some fools are getting lucky so don’t count out that you could be one of them.

Bottom line, this is a super-energetic week. We are likely to be propelled to our futures, both collectively and as individuals but to assume our futures are bleak would be erroneous.

People who feel insecure are again reminded to shore up their relationships with others. As long as Saturn is in Libra, support comes via the other so if you’re getting crushed, reach out. Reach out for support but also to offer support as reciprocity is king at this stage.

If you want to talk about these issues or anything else, please schedule a phone appointment or contact me for an email consult.

Thanks and best wishes for a great week,
Elsa P
