What is a Woman? 

  

“Do we define that by our anatomy, our physiology, our biology?  We have mammary glands.

Do those who have lost those glands Cease to be Women?

We have special characteristics in our brains (only recently noticed):e.g. the base nucleate in the thalamus, the location of the amygdala, etc. That means our brains work differently.

Female brains are more connection oriented.

The whole history of science is the transcendence of small questions, of a categorical nature, with larger questions, with an intricate and a connected, systemic nature.

Women are better at mapping reality (in nature’s terms).

When the Constant Questions are:

 

What are its parts?  Which questions are answered by analysis,taking things apart, with our minds or with our hands, we are failing to notice: we don’t know what water is by determining it is constituted of hydrogen and oxygen. We don’t know what salt is by knowing it is made up of sodium and chlorine.

 

Why?

The Chilean neuroscientists Maturana {autopoiesis, known for developing a theory of cybernetics. He is considered a member of the second wave of philosopher and biologist Chilean) is a Santiago, Chile (born September 14, 1928, in Humberto Maturana about the nature of reflexive feedback control in living systems.} and Varela { Francisco Javier Varela García (September 7, 1946 – May 28, 2001), was a Chilean biologist, philosopher and neuroscientist who, together with his teacher Humberto Maturana, is best known for introducing the concept of autopoiesis to biology.} have shown that physics, sub-atomic knowledge, is not more fundamental than any other level of order.  

  

Nature itself is more connected.

How about the question of what is something a part?  What constitutes the context?  That precludes fowling up an experiment,by failing to take into account, penetrating and permeating influences.

  

We don’t need Women’s Equity!

We need a fully functioning society, where there is a distribution of consequences and a balance of incentives. We cannot honour, sustain, regard and respect people who: chose the game, make the rules, change the rules, when the rules don’t remain to their advantage, and plea for us to play the game, be fair.

 

Centralization of production yielded efficiencies of volume.

That made it possible to ignore storage, transportation, distribution, related packaging, lags in feedback, affecting production rates. The lack of management accounting, today, in numerous firms, means that they indulge in requirements for levels of capital to cope with delays.  They spend as they go, sometimes on expensive components and processes, only to find they are clogged up, delayed, waiting for some essential component or process. All of the money, all of the capital demands continue, paid for by bank loans or no interest on standing capital.

 

We need different organizational structures.

When obtaining quarterly profits – drives our management and our accounting,we become tempted to abuse common resources, such as the atmosphere or our waterways. Corporations avoid disposal costs, by dumping and polluting our atmosphere and our waters.

 

Might does not make right.

Trees are not just valued by the board measure or the value of pulp. Trees harvest sunlight, they extract more than five times more minerals than all of the mining in the world. Tree roots can penetrate up to 120 meters into the ground. Trees release oxygen and take up carbon dioxide.

  

Communication and coordination are the key notes.

Competition and conflict is not an ideal that yields efficiency. Let nature show you the alternative. The organisms, the species, in nature do not live for themselves, foremost. They participate, they submerge, they adapt, they fit in, to a larger scheme.  “
