Donate, Don’t Discard!

Crutch, Cane, Wheelchair Collections for Haiti

Crutches, canes, wheelchairs can be donated all week at sites throughout Allegheny County,

…including The Children’s Museum (April 17),

North and South Park (April 24),

Sacred Heart Church-Shadyside (April 25),

Greater Pgh Community Foodbank and Global Links’ office (throughout April).  

Not only will these materials be kept

out of our landfills,

but they will serve a humanitarian purpose.

 

Global Links will be sending them to meet continued requests from Haiti, where the severe deforestation prevents any production of crutches or canes on the island.
