Lighten Up…! Tee! Hee! Hee!

President Bush 

made his State of the Union address in January 2007,

 in which he declared the war in Iraq to be a

‘minor incident which has been over-reported in the media’. 

He specifically asked Iraqis to ‘lighten up’ and

said that they’d never had it so good.

 “Now Saddam has gone, there is nothing for Iraqis to fear.

Even the ‘constant fear of being killed’ is significantly less

than it was a few years ago.”
