Dear all !
This is not a happy mail, but I hope you all start thinking creative and don’t give up.
Starting Humanithes is a ongoing process – and there are a long way to go, before we have found our way of working. Lots of adjustments and new ideas need to be developed and implemented.
At the moment we have this top priority, that you all have to take very serious.
Neglecting this challenge might mean the end of Humanithes – and the end of a Dream.
Many people out there have hope and trust to us – and we have to succeed.
Running projects and the administrative part cost money – we all know that.
The problem is that we have no income – or almost no income.
For some reason donations are absent – very few give donations
(big thanks to those of you, that have supported us)
Also sponsorships seem to be impossible to get.
I am not talking about why – because reasons are many – and there are reasons that I don’t know.
I simply realize that we experience the same problems as all other voluntary NGOs and charities.
I take full responsibility – and consider to resign as Secretary General, if we can’t find a solution, or if replacement can’t be found, to close down Humanithes.
If you have ideas let us know them – but think further, we need how, when, why how to finance etc.
Make a note – and lets help refining your ideas, but start brainstorming Yourself.
All members no matter title and responsibility need to look at Humanithes as a serious and life changing project – people out there need us to find ways, and be able to help.
I have a Example !
Imoro Adams – our Goodwill Diplomat in Ghana, that have taken responsibility to protect and to take care for 59 orphan children – have a big problem.
They will lose their house very soon.
We have contacted all of you – we have spammed thousands and thousands of people – Friends of Humanithes and many companies…..
The result after 3 months: 520$ out of the
needed 18.000$
18.000$ is peanuts ! – but enough to house these children – not only are they orphans, but Humanithes – a global humanitarian organization couldn’t prevent them getting homeless.
FRIENDS , TAKE ACTION !!
THIS IS SO SAD ….WE had the chance to show that we could handle this, and we failed – unless a Miracle happens.
