TICKET PURCHASE PROCESS & GALA ENTRANCE PROCEDURES

- EMAIL Confirmation Exchange of Ticket Payment.
- By DEC.. 1, 2009 , Mailings of “Formal Scroll Invitation” will be delivered to Your DOOR, via CANADA POST, Registered Mail.
- ALL TICKETS will be Numbered for the “A Celebration of Women” Gratitude Draw. * Surprises for both the Ladies and Gents!
Upon Arrival at the Gala, ALL GUESTS MUST possess Ticket for Entrance. Greeters will have Guest List with Numbers appropriated to Your very own Table – Name Tags at Settings {Your Personal Seat}.
Once Ticket processed and You have Your bearings, the Open Bar and Hors D’oeuvres will settle you in for a beginning of some lovely mingling, from 6-7.
At 7:00 our Maitre d service will escort You/Guests to Your Table.
Dinner will be served at 8 PM, with a full four course meal of the “Best” that the Westin has to offer. {*Any Food Allergies, please email Manager/C.Clark, with instruction}. We will host Speakers only through appetizers and dessert; as one will enjoy this meal in peace with friends……glasses of wine,bisque, salad, filet mignon, seafood side, dessert and coffee/tea, anyone?
During this time Surprise Guests, Speakers, Presentations and Open Entertainment will begin….as well as, our listed Celebration Guests.
By 10:00 PM, the OPEN BAR will grace your thirst, once again, and the celebration, dancing, entertinment specials and music productions begin….
At midnight, the OPEN BAR will close as our Chocolate Fountain and the “best” of the Westin’s Desserts will become the OPEN SWEET TABLE with coffee/tea.
During this hour, “A Celebration of Women” will host its DRAW and thoroughly enjoy Gifting the Lucky Supporters, one Man-one Women!
* “A Celebration of Women“with the WESTIN, will be settting up the Starwood Preferred Planner in September; allowing our guests to log in and book private reservations, etc. directly with the WESTIN, under special privilege of this Gala through a portal, via our website.
