Many organizations have spent millions of dollars selecting and implementing CRM solutions over the past several years. Many of these solutions have become obsolete, acquired by larger software publishers who are not supporting older version, and are unable to take advantage of the latest technology. Even more frustrating is that the annual support and maintenance for many older solutions can cost more than selecting and implementing a completely new system utilizing state of the art technology. And, the worst scenario of all . . . many organizations have spent millions of dollars and failed to successfully select and implement an organization wide CRM solution that meets the exacting demands of the Marketing and Sales functions. This webcast will help you evaluate your current CRM solution environment and understand the pros and cons of upgrading versus replacing with new technology.

Rachel Carson Symposium on Biodiversity with E. O. Wilson , May 27, 2010 @ Carnegie Museum of Natural History
, As part of the United Nations World Environment Day celebration in North America, the Rachel Carson symposium will focus on the human impact on biodiversity. Featuring E.O. Wilson as keynote speaker and including a panel of experts, we can begin with an initial visioning for a New American Dream that is environmentally sustainable, developed by participants in this event – a roadmap that will address the effect people have on the environment, and the critical inter-relationships between human habitat and the quality of life for generations to come.E. O. Wilson, two-time Pulitzer prize winner, world-renowned entomologist and one of the scientists who provided research data to Rachel Carson while she was writing Silent Spring, will also receive the Rachel Carson Legacy Award at a ceremony following our World Environment Day Biodiversity symposium at the Carnegie Natural History Museum on May 27, 2010.Largely responsible for the study of biodiversity, sociobiology, evolutionary psychology, and chemical psychology, Wilson is Pellegrino University Professor Emeritus and Honorary Curator in Entomology at Harvard. He has also founded the E. O. Wilson Biodiversity Foundation whose mission is to preserve biological diversity in the living environment by inventing and implementing business and educational strategies in the service of conservation. In addition to the more than 100 awards Wilson has received from around the world, in 2000 he was named as one of the century’s 100 leading environmentalists by both Time and Audubon Magazine. Thanks to our Co-Host, the Carnegie Museum of Natural History and to our Funders: Colcom Foundation and The Heinz Endowments. For more information, visit www.rachelcarsonhomestead.org.
