The Heart of the Post-2015 Development Agenda & the Future We Want for All
This joint Civil Society/UN consultation, co-led by UNICEF and UN Women with support from the Governments of Denmark and Ghana, is an open and inclusiveconversation for civil society, academia, governments and the UN to discuss what the post-2015 development agenda should look like.
The first phase of the consultation included a public call for papers and series of e-discussions. These results were synthesized into a final report and key messages and were also presented at a two-day leadership meeting in Copenhagen, Denmark in February 2013.
As of July 9th, 2013, the consultation has now officially transitioned to the Addressing Inequalities Networked Alliance or “AINA.” AINA is an online forum, led by you, the users of this site—UN staff, civil society, academics, advocates and all interested parties who are deeply concerned with how inequalities affect poverty eradication efforts. AINA also provides relevant content; scholarship and other information that will help advance your work and policy on inequalities in the post-2015 agenda.
Through AINA, we facilitate a forum for you engage with each other about issues central to addressing inequalities in the post-2015 agenda which will then feed into high level discussion and post-2015 sustainable development policy.
