One of the greatest challenges in many of our lives is overcoming a painful past. Even if we forgive, we cannot forget. Our brain is ingrained with painful memories. I came from one of those types of pasts, but I am here as a witness, it can be overcome.

Once we begin to realize the past is over, we can combat the behavior in our lives that no longer serve us. We can start to open to the beauty that surrounds us, and bring into our lives those who love us, accept us, and support us.

By walking away from all that negativity that suffocated us, we can breathe in all the things that heal us, and as Melissa Etheridge aptly sings it, we will find that there truly is “Heaven On Earth.” It is my hope this video helps point the way to your path of healing and opens your eyes to a heavenly way of seeing your life.
