These are the stories of two inspirational girls.
When we met Ruth in Guatemala, she reminded us of the hope, power, and potential girls like us around the world have. Ruth is a girl who dreams big and has been in a Girl Up-supported leadership program since she was 12 years old.

It was amazing to meet strong girls like Ruth (left) and Claudia (middle right).
Claudia is another girl in the same program as Ruth. She joined when she was 10 years old because she wanted to help girls her age fight against discrimination, violence, and child marriage.
