The solar eclipse in Mercury-ruled Gemini on Sunday marks the peak of this week where mental functions will be emphasized.Variety is a key concept for Gemini and we’ll see plenty of that.
Thursday, the Moon in Aries opposes Saturn in Libra putting focus on the me-we axis. So many want to be “on their own” (Aries) but supported by others (Saturn in Libra). People want to be independent, but not alone and balancing this is the job of the day.Friday, the Moon joins the Sun, Mercury and Jupiter in Taurus. Mars is in Virgo and Pluto is in Capricorn so this is an earthy situation. People tend to feel calm and move slow when there are a lot of planets in the Earth signs. It’s a good day to put a pot of stew on the stove, to let it cook slowly, or perhaps you can break out the crock pot.Saturday is a repeat of Friday. Many will take a day off to lie around the house.Sunday morning brings a scene change as the Sun leaves Taurus for Gemini. Venus is also in Gemini and Mars is in Mercury-ruled Virgo so this is recipe for brainstorming. The solar eclipse takes place in the late afternoon when the Moon follows the Sun into Gemini and they form a conjunction @ zero degrees.
It’s notable that the eclipse squares Neptune. This is not a recipe for crisp mental clarity, however I think we’re going to see a good, if not excellent result from this eclipse as outlined here.
Monday people continue to strive to solve problems as Mars in Virgo squares the Moon in Gemini. Potentials here are very good. Tuesday, people are still thinking and talking a lot.We wrap up the week on Wednesday with the Moon in Cancer in hard aspect to Uranus and Pluto. This reminds us of the cracks in the foundations of our lives that threaten our security. It’s not a good feeling but you can’t address a problem if you’re oblivious to it.
If you want to talk about these issues or anything else, please schedule a phone appointment or contact me for an email consult.
Thanks and best wishes for a great week,Elsa P.
