A GUIDE FOR CRIME VICTIMS AND SURVIVORS
We are proud to announce the availability of this new bilingual publication (March 2012) which provides victims with information about the focus of media; the impact of media on victims; the risks/benefits of speaking to the media; modern technology; tips for interacting with the media and high-profile cases.
The booklet may be used as a handout by police, victim services staff, NGOs and others who interact directly with crime victims and survivors. Designed as an English/French flip booklet, we are offering it in both hard copy and online – please contact the office if you would like booklets mailed to you to share directly with your clients ([email protected]).

GUIDE À L’INTENTION DES VICTIMES D’ACTES CRIMINELS ET DES SURVIVANTS
Nous sommes fiers d’annoncer le lancement de cette nouvelle publication bilingue (mars 2012) qui offre aux victimes de précieux renseignements sur les sujets suivants : ce qui capte l’attention des médias; l’impact des médias sur les victimes; les risques/avantages de parler aux médias; la technologie moderne; des conseils d’interaction avec les médias et les crimes notoires.Le Guide peut être distribué par la police, le personnel des services aux victimes, les ONG et d’autres intervenants qui oeuvrent directement auprès des victimes d’actes criminels et des survivants. Le Guide est sous forme de brochure recto-verso en français et en anglais, disponible en version papier ou électronique – veuillez contacter le bureau ([email protected]) si vous voulez qu’on vous envoie les brochures par la poste pour les partager avec vos clients.
