The 3rd Annual EXPOSURE International Photography Competition is awarding $50,000 in prizes including a show at Aperture Foundation, one of the most respected organizations in photography and whose list of artists includes Diane Arbus, Chuck Close, Stephen Shore and Edward Weston. Three winners will have their work showcased in NYC, each with a solo-show for 33 days. Sheirer has a BFA in print making and painting and an MFA in sculpture, with works that have been commissioned for various locations in Maryland, including the Baltimore Washington International Airport.
