Class and ‘MerKaBa Meditation’

The Sacred Mystery Schools of Lemuria, Atlantis and Egypt used sacred geometrical exercises as keys to access the higher dimensions, which formed the basis of their spiritual beliefs.

They understood in the mystery schools that one’s MerKaBa must be activated in order for the physical body to increase its Light capacity, which would complete the perfection process.

During this time of rapid change with the powerful frequencies of energy that are now present on Mother Earth, it is clear that one should have the conscious ability to fully activate his or her Light Body in the proper manner.

The souls attending my monthly Sacred Breath Workshops are already successfully accelerating this process. Everyone is not free to travel a distance on a Friday evening.

Past Circle of Light members were trained in this technique by a Flower of Life practioner approximately 14 years ago when we met in Hinsdale.
