Dr. E.B. & Rosa Herman are pastors and founders of Harvest Family Church. HFC is a non denominational, multi-cultural ministry located in Fayetteville, North Carolina.Dr E.B. & Rosa Herman have a mandate from God to teach the Word of God with simplicity, compassion, and understanding. Their goal is that the Word can be applied to our everyday lives in a practical and effective way. They will impact the world one heart at a time by spreading the message of Jesus Christ.

Their ministry is one that concentrates on leading with character and integrity while operating with an attitude of compassion, grace and forgiveness. With a heart for God they both lead and direct God’s people to follow Him with joy and fervor. HFC has ministries that minister to all aspects of the home. Pastor Herman heads up MOCI (Men of Character and Integrity) and Pastor Rosa leads God’s women by serving as the founder of WOW (Women of Worth).

Pastor E.B. & Rosa Herman have founded Herman Ministries International which features a daily television broadcast that streams live (Streamingfaith.com) on Sundays and Wednesdays. Other community ministries they have founded are Harvest Preparatory Academy, Harvest Christian Preschool and Harvest Bible Institute.It is the vision and goal of Harvest Family Church to minister to all members of the family regardless of social or economic status.
