WAYNE COOK is a "MAN that Shares" Action with Our Women

The Human Rights Tribunal of Ontario has allowed my complaint to proceed to a Preliminary Hearing scheduled for May 27, 2010, 10:00 A.M..

The complaint filed in 2007, is that police discriminate against men, based solely upon their gender. Gender Discrimination is a protected ground under Human Rights legislation; yet,  fathers are routinely charged with domestic violence, as part of a custodial parents access/custody strategy.

Anyone, group or organization can make oral submission on gender discrimination by filing a Request to Intervene form with the Tribunal. The file number is TR-0775-09. A video link may be available from Toronto, London, Hamilton, K-W and Windsor, as the Hearing will take place in Ottawa at the offices of the Canadian Human Rights Commission.

Further information can be obtained from the Registrar, Ms. Patricia M. Grenier, at:

The fax number is (416) 314-8743.

Groups such a CEPC, FACT, F4J, lawyers and individuals are welcome to make supporting submissions on gender discrimination, parental alienation, parental abduction and domestic violence.

MESSAGE FROM OUR EDITOR………

A Celebration of Women supports this action in the quest that:  “Right is Right and Wrong is Wrong“.  It is CRITICAL that Our Children have proper access to Both Parents, unless serious criminal activity or severe mental health issues have been investigated thoroughly and proven “beyond a shadow of a doubt”.

Being a woman of divorce myself, I stand by the Action of Mr. Wayne Cook, as my children have only enjoyed benefit from their relationship with their Father, a man that the court originally offered to me “no access”; an offer I turned down.  Our divorce was “our” issue and not one of the Children, and I thank God daily that I made the decision I did so many years ago.

….PATERNAL LOVE is a Divine Key to a “Well-rounded Soul“.

  1. This case is long overdue!

Along with this discrimination being contrary to human rights it is also a violation of Sections 15 (1) and 11 (d) of the Charter of Rights & Freedoms.

I have been a victim of this discrimination thanks to a vindictive, bullying daughter. The case was an absolute travesty. At one point, two people could have killed in a traffic accident as a result of her abuse of the system.

I have no doubts that there are many other travesties as a result of this discrimination out there.
